Return Policy:

  • 25% restocking fee on hardware.  A digital picture of the defective hardware is required and should be emailed upon receiving the product.

  • Sashes, panels, screens and glass are non-returnable.

  • If a credit card is used for payment and the order is cancelled, a 3% processing fee will be subtracted from the refund.

  • All returns must be pre-approved and have an RGA#.

  • Call toll free, 877-316-5081 for an RGA# - 9am - 5pm ET.

  • All freight must be prepaid by customer.
